Shipping Policy
Crocodile supplies digital Discord bot subscriptions. No physical products are shipped.
Digital Delivery
Subscription access is delivered electronically to the Discord server selected during checkout.
Activation Time
Access is normally activated automatically after Razorpay confirms the payment.
No Physical Shipping
There are no physical goods, courier services or shipping charges.
Requirements
Crocodile must be installed in the selected Discord server, and the customer must have permission to manage that server.
Delivery Problems
If a successful payment is not activated, contact crocodile.support@gmail.com with your server ID and Razorpay payment ID. Do not make a duplicate payment.
