Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of what Crocodile processes, why it is needed and the choices available to you.

Effective 13 August 2026

1. Who operates Crocodile

Crocodile | Discord Bot is operated by Samrat Ghosh. This Policy applies to the bot, website, dashboard, subscriptions, community tools and related services.

2. Discord and account information

When you authorize or use Crocodile, we may process your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and account information made available by Discord.

We may also process server IDs, server names, icons, channel, role and member identifiers, and permission information required to operate features and verify server-management access.

3. Server configuration and feature data

Depending on the enabled modules, Crocodile may store moderation actions, warnings, reasons, AutoMod and AntiNuke settings, levels, welcome settings, role menus, giveaways, automations, social alerts, economy records and other server configuration.

Ticket messages or transcripts, forum posts, suggestions, bug reports and attachments may be stored when those features are enabled by server administrators.

4. Commands, telemetry and Croc Coins

We may record command names, success or failure state, Discord user and guild IDs, timestamps, interaction IDs and limited technical telemetry needed for security and reliability.

Croc Coin data can include wallet balance, eligible command rewards, cooldowns, daily limits, redemptions and anti-abuse records. Croc Coins are not cash, cryptocurrency or a payment method.

5. Message content

Crocodile does not need to permanently store every ordinary message. Message content may be processed when required for enabled moderation, AutoMod, logging, tickets, transcripts, forums, search or similar functions.

Server administrators control many of these settings and are responsible for providing notices to their members where required.

6. Payment information

Payments are not connected yet. When enabled, a payment provider will process payment methods. Crocodile may retain transaction, order, subscription, plan, currency, payment status, renewal and cancellation identifiers, but will not store complete card numbers, CVCs or UPI PINs.

7. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, verify permissions, operate configured bot modules, manage subscriptions and Croc Coins, grant plan access, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, improve reliability, answer support requests, enforce our Terms and comply with law.

8. Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed through Discord for bot operation and authentication, Supabase for authentication and database services, and hosting, monitoring, search, media or other providers required by enabled features.

When payment is connected, relevant transaction information will be shared with the payment provider. We do not sell personal information for money.

9. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate features, maintain security, resolve disputes and satisfy legal, tax or accounting duties. Active configuration may remain while a server uses Crocodile. Payment and anti-abuse records may be kept for required compliance and dispute periods.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until normal backup expiry.

10. Security

We use reasonable authentication, access controls, database security policies, encrypted connections, rate limits, secret management and logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Never send passwords, bot tokens, API keys, full card numbers, CVCs or UPI PINs to Crocodile support.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability regarding personal information. We may ask you to verify control of the relevant Discord account or management permission for a server.

Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security or payment disputes.

12. Cookies and sessions

The website may use cookies or similar storage required for Discord sign-in, session continuity, security and preferences. Non-essential advertising technologies will not be added without updating this Policy and any required consent controls.

13. Children

Crocodile is not directed to children below Discord’s minimum age or the applicable age of digital consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.

14. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when features, providers, security practices or laws change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard or community.
