Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Crocodile’s Discord bot, website, dashboard, subscriptions, community tools and related services. Crocodile | Discord Bot is operated by Samrat Ghosh.

By inviting Crocodile, signing in, configuring a server or using any feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a server or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and be legally capable of accepting these Terms. Your use must comply with Discord’s Terms, Community Guidelines and Developer Policies.

Crocodile may provide moderation, AutoMod, AntiNuke, levels, welcome tools, tickets and transcripts, giveaways, role menus, forums, search, economy, social alerts, automations, music, analytics and other server-management features.

Features may be added, changed, limited or removed for security, reliability, legal compliance, Discord compatibility or product improvement.

Dashboard access uses Discord authentication. You are responsible for your Discord account and all actions performed through it. You may configure a server only when you have the required Discord permissions.

You must not access another server’s settings, billing, founder controls or private information without authorization.

Crocodile currently displays Free, Starter Monthly, Pro Annual and Ultimate Lifetime plans. Paid checkout is not active until a payment provider is connected.

The advertised 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% command levels are summaries. The current plan comparison and command availability displayed by Crocodile determine actual access.

“Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of the Crocodile service, not the purchaser’s lifetime or a guaranteed number of years.

When payments are enabled, the selected payment provider will process payment details. Monthly and annual plans may renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, taxes, currency and renewal terms shown at checkout will control the purchase.

Removing Crocodile from a server will not automatically cancel a recurring subscription. Cancellation instructions will be available in the dashboard or through support.

Payments will generally be final and non-refundable after paid access is activated, including unused time and partial billing periods. Exceptions may apply where required by law, for confirmed duplicate charges, or when paid access cannot be delivered because of a fault solely within our control.

Croc Coins are promotional loyalty points earned through successful eligible bot commands. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for cash, and may be used only for eligible Crocodile discounts.

Earning limits, cooldowns and anti-abuse controls apply. Coins obtained through spam, automation, exploits, alternate accounts or fraud may be withheld, reversed or forfeited.

You must not use Crocodile to break the law, violate Discord rules, harass or exploit others, distribute malware or phishing, spam commands, manipulate Croc Coins, bypass permissions or billing, probe security controls, or overload the service.

Server administrators are responsible for configuring moderation, ticket, transcript, logging and community features lawfully and for informing their members where required.

You remain responsible for content submitted through tickets, transcripts, forums, moderation reasons, search and other features. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure and improve Crocodile or comply with law.

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, unlawful activity or attempts to manipulate access and Croc Coins. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Crocodile is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted or error-free operation. Automated moderation, search and security results can be incomplete and should be reviewed by responsible server administrators.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crocodile and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Crocodile depends on Discord, Supabase and other integration, hosting, search, media and payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes outside our control.

We may update these Terms for new features, security, pricing, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard or community.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact crocodile.support@gmail.com before beginning a formal dispute so we can attempt to resolve it.
